Back in December 2019, I worked on and was part of Safe House Ldn’s 2nd Christmas Present Drive. For this event, myself and the SH Team reached out to communications companies, clothing labels, and the public to see if they had any unused and unwanted clothing & footwear, games, artwork, gift cards and toiletries that they could donate to our event.

Our goal was to enhance the gifting suite with selfless giving. Our youth had the chance to drop-in, collect a gift and have some Christmas chill time and most importantly, love.

We were overwhelmed and super thankful for the amount of gifts companies, local businesses and the general public donated. We also had a retro gaming set up on the day from Operation Collect which went down a treat with everyone who dropped in. You can check out what we got up to below!

Back in October 2019, as part of ATIKA London’s ATIKA ART ATTACK, we fundraised for the social enterprise I work with, Safe House Ldn.

As this event was aimed at a younger audience, I collaborated with Ugly Drinks UK which supplied us with their flavoured water. Their packaging is super eye-catching and vibrant and appealed to our younger audience. I also reached out to vegan sweet brand Candy Kittens who kindly supplied us with their sweets. Their branding was also a perfect fit for a youth led event.

Back in July 2019, as part of Safe House Ldn, helped organise an event in collaboration with social enterprise My-Choice. My-Choice is a social enterprise based in London that helps young people have equal access to positive life choices.

Together with My-Choice, we organised an event for young people where they could join us on a free bike ride around London, encouraging socialising, exercising and healthy eating.
